Jude uses her soulful insight, wisdom and experience into the human condition as a means of expression. Persevering through the darkness, she reignited her passion for writing and creativity as a means of self expression and healing herself, as well as in service to others. Through her deep challenges, Jude has brought to life a creative dream called “Buddhaful …and Beyond,” a line of Sacred Keepsakes including Notes-to-Self, Candles and High Vibration Boardz on wood that uplift and nurture the human spirit through universal words and images.

Jude's intention for “Buddhaful …and Beyond” is to infuse the energy and empowerment of each message inherent in all of us. Through her writing, creativity, EFT Tapping and as an Integrative Life Coach, her greatest desire is to mindfully support and encourage others to transcend their own personal struggles and to awaken to their true nature that we are all Buddhaful inside.
