Emotional Freedom Techniques is an evidence based self-help stress management tool, backed by a huge body of research, and much more.

EFT Tapping stimulates specific pressure points which calms the amygdala (the control center in our limbic brain responsible for flight/fight,) leading to an overall feeling of reduced stress and more calm, also helping us become more conscious of what is subconscious.
